End User Licence Agreement
Terms covering use of LabelBlend AI Studio, together with third-party licence notices.
Licence grant
Verma AgentiX grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use LabelBlend AI Studio on devices you control, subject to the tier you have obtained (Free or Pro) and to the distribution terms of the store you installed from.
Permitted use
You may use the application to create, edit, review and export datasets for personal, academic, research or commercial projects. Datasets and outputs you create remain yours.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or reverse engineer the application except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
AI outputs
AI-assisted annotations are proposals generated by third-party models. You are responsible for reviewing and validating them before using them in production or research datasets. No accuracy guarantee is made.
Third-party licenses
LabelBlend interoperates with third-party AI models and open-source libraries, including SAM2 and GroundingDINO. Those components are governed by their own licences, which apply to your use of the corresponding model weights and code. Consult each project's licence before commercial use.
Updates
Updates may modify or remove functionality. Release notes describe changes for each version.
Disclaimer of warranty
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Verma AgentiX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
Termination
This licence terminates if its terms are breached. On termination you must stop using the application.
